HS GREEN ENERGY ENGNEERING SOLUTIONS LTD (HSG) is a private Ugandan registered company incorporated in November 2013 based in Wakiso and Kampala , Uganda but internationally focused, dealing in both green energies and civil works, Supply and maintenance of reliable and affordable solar Energy Systems, power backup systems, Domestic and Industrial Electrical Services, Wind Energy systems, Power protection systems, Biogas, Briquettes, Energy saving stoves and other biomass energy solutions as well as energy audit services to the population of Uganda and internationally through civil organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customers leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with members and other departments.
- Analyze the market potential, track sales and status reports.
- 60% willing to be in the field and 40% to be at the office.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential new pots and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Excellence knowledge of micro soft office and digital marketing.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelors’ degree in business or related field.
