QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. The applicant must hold a bachelors degree  in  accounting or finance from a recognized University, have knowledge of tally and must  have ability  to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed  routines, and standard accepted practices. RESPONSIBILITIES. 1.Preparing  bank and other GL reconciliation. 2.Make Bank deposits  and keep  up records. 3.Maintaining  the cash book. 4.Management  of petty cash transactions. 5.Ensuring all payments  amounts and records are accurate. 6.Preparation  of statutory  accounts.( NSSF, PAYE and  EFRIS Invoices) 7.Working  with journals , sales and purchase  ledgers. 8.Enter and code financial transactions appropriately in Tally. 9.Process payments and  support with making sales invoices and cash sales. 10.Track expenses related to specific activities and projects. 11.Validate invoices against items or services received. 12.Check all financial transactions for accuracy. 13.Processing of supplier payments within the proper procedures to minimize risk to the company. 14.Review and  approve  the weekly operational budgets. 15.Facilitate and support during the external audits 16.Support with the monthly stock taking. 17.Performs any other assignments imposed by management.           SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2-4 years’ experience in busy finance environment Strong analytical skills Attention to detail Strong ethical standards Time management High organizational and communication skillshttps://hsgreenenergy.co.ug/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/WhatsApp-Image-2023-01-18-at-17.51.04-modified.png142142
